Terms of use
Last updated 16 August 2026
By using this site you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
The show is not advice
Uncharted is a conversation about security, risk, and innovation. Nothing on this site or in an episode is legal, regulatory, financial, or security advice, and nothing creates a professional relationship between you and the hosts or their guests. Views expressed by guests are their own, not those of the hosts or of any company either of us works for. Decide what applies to your organisation with your own counsel.
Using our material
Episodes, artwork, written material, and the Uncharted name and marks belong to us. You are welcome to quote short excerpts and to link to or embed episodes, with attribution to Uncharted. You may not republish full episodes or transcripts, use our material to train machine learning models, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.
What you send us
When you submit a guest pitch or any other message, you confirm you have the right to send what you send. Do not send confidential information, personal data about someone who has not agreed to it, or anything covered by an obligation you owe to someone else. A pitch does not create any confidentiality obligation on our part, and sending one does not guarantee a reply or an invitation. You keep ownership of what you send, and you give us permission to read it, discuss it internally, and act on it in deciding who to invite on the show.
Guest appearances
Appearing on the show is covered by the terms agreed with each guest before recording, which take precedence over this page for that recording.
